Dr. Michael Grams

Dr. Michael Grams is a 1984 graduate of Indiana University where he received a B.A. degree in chemistry.  1988 marked his graduation from Indiana University School of Dentistry.  Upon completion of licensing exams he immediately began practicing in a Chicago suburb:  Michigan City, Indiana.  For the past twenty years Dr. Grams continued perfecting his skills in several areas of Family Dentistry through private practice and continuing education.  Dr. Grams has completed several areas of advanced Dental education including: Porcelain Veneers and advanced cosmetic Dentistry,  TMJ therapy (also including occlusal equilibration and splint therapy),  implant restoration, snoring and sleep apnea treatments, Complex and cosmetic dentures and orthodontics.  He also enjoys treating children.

After several vacations here with friends that are also local residents, the Grams (Dr. Mike and wife Melissa and two sons Cameron and Joseph) decided to make beautiful Gold Canyon their home.  ”  We wanted to work where we wanted to live instead of living where we had to work.”

Dr. Grams is also an avid golfer and accomplished musician.  He continues to play lead guitar in a band that he founded 17 years ago called:  The Rock Doctors.  “  We are a band that focuses on old time rock and roll.”   Having fun is also a must.  He also enjoys his family time and playing and watching his two sons play hockey.

Dr. and Mrs. Grams also enjoy providing leadership and giving back to their local communities.  Dr. Grams has been past president in several local organizations including:  Long Beach Country Club,  Michigan City Men’s Golf Club ,  American Cancer Society and his local Branch of the American Dental Association (LaPorte County Dental Society).
